Dear friends, if you haven't been vaccinated and don't know how to get vaccinated at the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University, the only designated hospital for expats in Xiamen to receive their vaccine shots, here comes the instruction.
01 At the entrance
Go to the First Affiliated Hospital of Xiamen University, prepare your health code and your passport to go through the code checkpoint. If you don't have a health code, you can register with your passport .
02 At Building No. 6
If you don't have a medical insurance card or are not from one of the reciprocal countries (see the list below), please go to Building No.6 with your passport, find the payment window on the first floor and pay for your vaccination first. The fee is 140 yuan for two shots. Remember to bring the invoice for your second shot as well. If you don't have a passport, you need to fill a form there. After you paid for the vaccination, take your invoice and go to the Building No.3 to take your jab.

Malaysia, Seychelles, Sierra Leone, Equatorial Guinea, Ghana, Gabon, The Republic of Namibia, Angola, The Republic Congo, Benin, Niger, Djibouti, Mauritius, Cameroon, Zimbabwe, Comoros, Cote d'Ivoire, Gambia, Malawi, the Republic of Togo, Somalia, The Democratic Republic of Congo, Botswana, Senegal, Mali, Chad, Mozambique, Cape Verde, Guinea-Bissau.
03 At Building No. 3
If you have a medical insurance card, or you are from one of the reciprocal countries, please bring the original and a scan copy of your medical insurance card and your passport (the latter just bring your passport), go to the third floor of Building No.3.
04 On the third floor of Building No. 3
Fill out three documents after you enter Building No.3, third floor. Then come to the ticket dispenser to get a queuing number.
05 At the registration room
After entering the registration room, hand the completed forms to the nurse who will recheck your information. When the nurse makes a signature on the paper, you can go to the opposite side to get the vaccination.
06 At the inoculation room
Give your documents to the doctor and get the vaccination.
After the vaccination, please wait for 30 minutes for medical observation. The doctor will write a time where you are good to leave on the paper.
07 At the observation area
After the observation, go to the window near the toilet at the end of the hall to get your certificate.
