Responsibilities:
Serve foreign affairs work in Xiamen and promote the city's foreign exchange activities;
Assist the Foreign Affairs Office of the Xiamen Municipal People's Government in the reception of and translation for important foreign affairs activities in the city, as well as the translation of important foreign affairs documents, letters and external publicity materials;
Assist the Foreign Affairs Office in the acceptance, production, issuance and management of passports for overseas travel on official business;
Assist the Foreign Affairs Office in organizing exchange activities with foreign sister cities and other partner cities;
Assist the Foreign Affairs Office in work related to visa applications for overseas travel on official business and APEC business travel card applications;
Assist the Foreign Affairs Office in building and managing the consulate area in Xiamen, as well as managing and serving foreign consulates in Xiamen.
