
All inbound travelers to Xiamen are now required to take nucleic acid tests for COVID-19 and undergo a 14-day quarantine at designated places starting March 26, according to an announcement March 25 from Xiamen Command Headquarters Office on COVID-19 Response.
The new rule applies to inbound travelers entering Xiamen, as well as travelers transferring in Xiamen.
Accommodation and food expenses incurred during quarantine at designated places shall be covered by travelers themselves.
