Li Xiaoping was elected as the director of Foreign and Overseas Chinese Affairs Office of Xiamen Municipal Government (XMFOCA) on Feb 4 at the 32nd plenary session of the Standing Committee of the 14th Xiamen Municipal People’s Congress.
