Division of American and Oceanian Affairs

1- Receives State guests, Party guests and other important guests from American and Oceanian countries and regions in Xiamen;

2- Establishes and develops sister-city and friendship-city relations with cities in American and Oceanian countries and regions;

3- Guides and coordinates the foreign affair works, such as exchanges and cooperation of all government departments in Xiamen with American and Oceanian countries and regions;

4- Coordinates the etiquette and translation of government official-related foreign affair activities concerning American and Oceanian countries and regions.
