Xiamen hosted the "2025 Overseas Elite Xiamen Tour" on Aug 14, drawing nearly 200 top-tier international talents from universities like Oxford, Cambridge, and Harvard, alongside 10 foreign professionals. The event, focusing on cutting-edge fields such as AI, biopharmaceuticals, and new energy materials, highlighted Xiamen’s appeal as a hub for high-quality global talent.

The event provides "customized" job matching services for overseas talent through specialized negotiation sessions and other formats, facilitating a "mutual-fit" between talents and positions. Behind the precise matching of talent and enterprises lies the event's focus on aligning with the "4+4+6" modern industrial system and accurately addressing industry needs.
