The Xiamen Public Transport QR Code has officially been integrated into Alipay, allowing foreign tourists to utilize the Xiamen Transport QR code through Alipay App's "Transport" feature. This QR code provides access to Xiamen's metro, BRT (Bus Rapid Transit), regular buses, ferries (residential routes), and Haicang Nongke transportation, covering five types of travel scenarios.

China has decided to extend its visa waiver policy to ordinary passport holders from Canada and the United Kingdom starting from Feb 17.
Forty-one new port-of-entry duty-free shops have been established nationwide, with Xiamen Xiang'an International Airport, Xiamen Wutong Passenger Wharf, and Xiamen International Cruise Center included on the list.
