[Epidemic Update] Adjustments Regarding Risk Levels and Risk Areas
In view of the latest situation of COVID-19 in Xiamen and based on expert assessment, we hereby notify you of the following adjustments regarding risk levels and risk areas:
Starting from 0:00 September 23, 2021:
· Previously-tagged high-risk areas in Xinmin Town of Tong'an District (Wutu Community, Xitang Community, Wulü Community, and Ganling Village) enlarged to cover the entire Xinmin Town
· Six new medium-risk areas added in Tong'an District: Biyue Village of Datong Sub-district, Dingbufangli of Guzhuang Village of Datong Sub-district, Fenggang Community of Xiangping Sub-district, Yangzhai Community of Xiangping Sub-district, Shanpingli of Xihu Community of Xiangping Sub-district, and Mei'anli of Butang Village of Wuxian Town
· One medium-risk area added in Huli District: Caihonghuayuan Residential Compound, Lüling Community of Jiangtou Sub-district
The risk levels of other previously-reported risk areas remain unchanged.

China has decided to extend its visa waiver policy to ordinary passport holders from Canada and the United Kingdom starting from Feb 17.
Forty-one new port-of-entry duty-free shops have been established nationwide, with Xiamen Xiang'an International Airport, Xiamen Wutong Passenger Wharf, and Xiamen International Cruise Center included on the list.
