Those who urgently have to apply for or collect entry or exit certificates can call the 0592-2262203 hotline to consult with a staff member and make a booking for a green channel, in which a negative nucleic acid test result taken within 48 hours is required.
Those who meet requirements can also deal with their issues online or through express delivery.
