I. People who have visited the cities with medium- and high-risk areas within the past 14 days shall inform the authorities at the airport, railway stations, ports, and bus terminals first thing upon their arrival in Xiamen; self-drive travellers shall inform in advance their destination communities (villages) or hotels about their travel history. Please observe health monitoring protocols if required.
II. Operators of rental houses, guesthouses, hotels, hostels, family inns (including online-booked B&B), etc. shall immediately inform the local communities (villages) if they find guests with a travel history to cities with medium- and high-risk areas within the past 14 days.
III. All chess and card rooms and mahjong parlors shall be suspended across the City.
IV. In public spaces across Xiamen, the number of visitors shall not exceed 75% of their maximum capacity, and crowd size should be reduced by appointment scheduling, staggered visitor arrivals, and public access restriction. Public spaces include but are not limited to parks, tourist attractions, farmers' markets, religious or folk belief worshiping sites, public libraries, cultural centers, theaters, museums, ballrooms and other recreation and entertainment facilities, bath centers, shopping malls, supermarkets, restaurants and eateries, cinemas, Internet cafés, stadiums and gymnasiums, swimming pools, and fitness centers.
V. Mask-wearing and health codes are required for access to public spaces and business premises. Passengers taking subways, buses, BRT, ferries, and taxis (including online hailed cars) must wear masks throughout the journey. Access and boarding will be denied for those without masks.
VI. Serving of individual dishes and use of serving chopsticks and spoons for communal dining are recommended at restaurants.
VII. Employers are encouraged to arrange nucleic acid tests for their staff and individuals are also encouraged to take the tests.
Every individual and every organization in Xiamen shall abide by all notifications issued by Xiamen Municipal Headquarters for COVID-19 Response. Those who violate relevant regulations shall be held accountable.

China and Georgia are set to waive visa requirements for travelers starting May 28.
