A Sino-Singapore youth exchange study and tour program was launched in Xiamen, southeast Fujian province, on June 10, local media have reported.
Young people from Singapore visited the city from June 14 to 20 after their Chinese counterparts finished their tour of Singapore on June 14.
After visiting Xiamen San'an Integrated Circuit Co, a college graduate from the National University of Singapore said that it's stunning to see the fast development of high-tech enterprises in China, adding that if China and Singapore could cooperate in the manufacturing industry, more refreshing ideas will become reality in the near future.
Riding the wave of China's Belt and Road Initiative, the program was carried out in both China and Singapore with the aim of strengthening their friendly relations.

China announced and implemented on May 15 a policy allowing visa-free entry of foreign tourist groups aboard cruise ships via all cruise ship ports along the country's coastline.
