The Morocco-China Friendship and Exchange Association will hold the Second Morocco-China Friendship Forum in Agadir, Morocco, from July 10-20.
The forum will provide an opportunity for the two countries to strengthen current sister city ties and establish new ones. It will also play an active role in promoting bilateral trade, investment, tourism cooperation and cultural exchange.
The upcoming forum will focus on the promotion of Morocco's agriculture, tourism and local industries such as railway, automobile, renewable energy and mining.
China has decided to extend its visa waiver policy to ordinary passport holders from Canada and the United Kingdom starting from Feb 17.
Forty-one new port-of-entry duty-free shops have been established nationwide, with Xiamen Xiang'an International Airport, Xiamen Wutong Passenger Wharf, and Xiamen International Cruise Center included on the list.
