The First Xiamen International Instrument Expo is planned to be held from November 11 to 13 at the Xiamen International Conference & Exhibition Centre. The main themes of the expo will be 'Musical Education' and 'Cultural Creation’.
According to the organising committee, the expo will be divided into three main sections: fine instruments, musical education and cultural creation. Well-known musical instrument brands from China and overseas will be invited to take part in the expo.
Alongside this, a serious of activities will take place, including musical appreciation using antique instruments, children’s education, musical lectures and an international music forum, among other things.
In addition, the instrument expo attaches great importance to cultural creation within the local music industry and will feature an exhibition of relevant music products.
