Subject to central government, provincial and municipal government regulations, as well as the approval of relevant officials, institutions in Xiamen are required to submit plans for official outband visits in 2016 before Dec 10, 2015.
Institutions in Xiamen should log into the website: http://www.xmfo.gov.cn, and click the "online application for overseas business visit" under the section "online service"; then insert in the U-key and register to fill the form. They should then send a visit plan application form along with the company’s official seal to the fax number: 2298233. If you haven't registered online, please email the following address: ygcrj2_fao@xm.gov.cn.
Applicants should note that the deadline is Dec 10, 2015. Any individual or institution can't submit the application before the deadline would be excluded in the annual plan; no personnel or funds would be approved this year.
