Established in 2006, Xiamen FSC Human Resource Service Co (XMFESCO) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Xiamen Foreign Service Center and a member of the China Association of Foreign Service Trades. It is the only agent appointed by the Xiamen municipal government that serves the Chinese employees designated as permanent representatives of foreign enterprises.
With a professional and experienced human resource service team, the company provides Xiamen's staffing, personnel agency, recruiting and labor outsourcing services.
Xiamen Foreign Service Center, established in 1985, is a member of the China Association of Foreign Service Trades and is the only legal staffing agent appointed by the Xiamen municipal government to recruit Chinese employees for resident representative institutes of foreign enterprises in Xiamen.
The Xiamen Foreign Service Center transferred its overall personal service department to XMFESCO in October 2013.
With the development of the Xiamen Special Economic Zone, XMFESCO has provided personnel services for more than 10,000 employees from governmental organizations, foreign enterprises, resident representative offices of foreign enterprises in Xiamen, state-owned enterprises, joint-stock enterprises, private enterprises and individually-owned businesses.
Main tasks of the XMFESCO include:
1. Online recruitment, campus recruitment, headhunting, fresh graduates' internships and talent training;
2. Business process outsourcing, welfare outsourcing and key account management;
3. Investment consultation, along with establishment or change of registration of specific items and annual business license inspection for all kinds of enterprises;
4. Provision of legal entry, employment and residence permit services for overseas personnel, translation and interpretation for foreigners when they apply for Chinese Driver's Licenses or other licenses.
